Introduction to the Philosophy of Yoga - by vedic scholar Sri Rami Sivan.
Philosophy is the pursuit of knowledge with the aim of maximizing our potential for happiness and diminishing suffering. This short course will acquaint you with ancient philosophical concepts underpinning the practice of Yoga. It is an interactive course in which the principal problems of life will be explored using the well tried investigative approach of reason and logic. Sri Rami Sivan is a teacher of over 25 years experience and teaches workshops and seminars in Australia, Bali and America.
