NEW TO THE YOGA TEMPLE
You don’t need to book. Just turn up 15 minutes before class starts as there is a registration form to fill out the first time you attend class. You don't need to bring anything, we provide all the yoga mats and necessary equipment. If you prefer to work on your own yoga mat, please bring it along.
